How to get fast abs if yur 13 years old?

Hey, I’m 13 and I used to be heavier when i was little. I lost a bunch of weight when I was in 5th and now I’m an average weight. But, I’ve always had issues with my self-esteem and I want to feel comfortable in a swimsuit. I’m not the heaviest, yet I’m not the skinniest. If you know any good routine exercises let me know!     Crunches, crunches, crunches, jump roping. Google ways to do proper crunches though. Running, swimming, biking all that good stuff is always helpful to. Main thing? Maintaining your diet.

    Hello! I’m 14 and I’m also not very confident about my weight even though EVERYONE tells me I’m very skinny. I found a video a while back on how to get a abs in 6 minutes. I tried it only a few times but it works very well! I recommend you watching it and trying it out. You can feel the burn right away!

    i wouls say put your hands on your head lay down ad first touch your right elbow with your left knee and then your left elbow with your right knee. Do this about 5 times each elbow and en rep out 10 crunches

    well you are a girl and when girls have a freakin 6 pax its a kinda TURN OFF….Sooooo

    instead of that kind of stuff u have to do more of that cardio stuff, to loose your belly weight, which is basically running, and that jumping stuff, a good one is jump rope. But if u get too skinny so does your breasts and bottom…Also for your arms instead of making them buff like a guys you should do yoga stances that make it nice and tone.

    try 6 inches, crunches, sit ups, plank, search it on google or something. Im 13 and plank totally hurts the most but that’s how you get the fastest results. i hope this helps!

    there is no fast abs, so many ppl want the fast way out, the category name answers the question: diet and fitness, it sounds easy, but its not. i can tell you that from my own experience, i would just try to eat overall less, and especially less junk food, candy, and soda. overall high sugar foods, creamy foods, just use your judgement. for exercise, do whatever makes you sweet, (biking, running, etc), also, maybe put a small heavy item behind your head for resistance crunches, you’ll fell the burn! lol

    if u want serious abs well ur gonna have 2 work… my sister is a major gymnast and is serious buff so if u wanna have abs like that, u have 2 do core exercises and try and eat as little sugar as possible!

    core exercises=
    crunche, bicycles, etc
