What is the best way to tighten the gut and work on the abs. I come from a "bigger waist size" family, but im the only average weight but i got the flabby gut. I really need to loose the flab, i do not want to work on my abs and have it grow under the flab. I seen that mistake happen and its almost uncorrectable. A

I also have the same issue. I’m a pretty skinny guy but I have a bit of a gut that I’m trying to get rid off. Now, with it being winter, I can’t get out as much. I’m doing a lot of sit-ups on an exercise ball with a medicine ball behind my head for added resistance. I feel it in my abs a lot more. Right now all I’m doing is increasing muscle under my fat… I’m constantly trying to eat better but I already eat very healthy. I’m looking for an indoors place I can go for free (I’m broke) where I can get some walking and jogging in. You gotta have the cardio to get rid of the fat.
I’m hoping Yahoo finds a way to get those stupid pill spammers off this site.

I’m trying to just run almost every day and do crunches, sit ups, etc.
