i was looking for ab work out that I could do every other day in-order to build a 6 pack with out having to use weights or machinery….. if got any ideas plz let me no about a workout technique or what ever you want to call it that is going to work thanks…..
Im a gymnast and I do ab workouts. I do sit ups, hollow holds, v ups. There is this exercise where you lay on your back and you put your legs up in the air and you touch your toes. You could also lay on you back and grab onto something heavy so it wont move and put your legs in the air and lift up your butt. You could lay on your side and bend your legs a little and lift up your legs and shoulders at the same time for your side. I hope this helps.
